  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Jibe’s Adventure is not liable for costs arising from the lack of insurance.

  • You should be in good health to participate in our tours and activities. Inform us of any medical conditions in advance.

6. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
  • In such cases, we will offer a comparable alternative or refund any unused portion if applicable.

7. Liability

  • We act as an agent for third-party suppliers and cannot be held responsible for their acts, omissions, or failures.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

8. Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to act responsibly and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour with no refund.

9. Website Use

  • Use of our website is subject to our privacy policy and applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to update content or discontinue features without notice.

10. Newsletter and Marketing
