Why is our agency called Jibe's? 

My dad nicknamed me Jibe. I never really asked him why, and he never explained it—not directly, anyway. Maybe it was the sailing term he had in mind, that sharp, purposeful shift in direction when the wind changes. Or maybe it had more to do with the other meaning—to jibe, to fit, to make sense.

It might have been his quiet way of saying I had a knack for aligning things, for making pieces fall into place even when the waters got choppy. I liked to think I could read the wind like he did—make small adjustments that carried us forward, even if we were turning into something new.

The name stuck, like a breeze that kept returning. And over time, it started to make sense—just like a good jibe.
